Fraud*
According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Keiser Declares Goldman Sachs "An Undeclared National Enemy"

Goldman Sachs "An Enemy of the State"?
That is a very good question.  In my previous post - The War On Wall Street", July 21, 2010, I made some pretty harsh statements about the nature of Goldman Sachs and its' affect on our nations as well as the people of nations around the world.

I have often maintained that any action by any company, individual or group of individuals, that has a mass negative affect on the people should be considered an enemy of the state.  In fact, some actions taken by these individuals may even be considered treasonous.  I believe that some high ranking government officials have commited treason but their actions, by virtue of who they are, are not dealt with as they would if it were you or I doing the same things.

So to is it with our TBTF (too big to fail) mega corporations.  They too can commit crimes that greatly and negatively impact the population, yet, by virtue of who they are (how much money they have and control) little is said or done.

Recently Richard Eskow wrote an article in the Huffington Post -Wall Street "Justice": AIG Evidence Raises the Question, "Where Are the Indictments?"- wherein he also questions the lack of any criminal prosecutions in the face of very obvious criminal activity.  By the way, Richard also mentions this site and quotes a statistic I gave in another of my posts.  Thanks Richard, I am happy to see that you follow us.

We know we are fighting an "enemy" of terrorists who have attached us, our way of life and threaten our very existence.  We call the biggest of these terror groups Al Quida but know that that are other factions and groups with the same goals against us as theirs.

But does an enemy of the state have to bear arms against us to be a danger to us?  No, they do not.  Those who would cause financial ruin to people, states, a nations and the world can and should be considered our "enemies".  The banking cartel led by Goldman Sachs should fall into this category.  They should be treated as enemies, held accountable for their crimes, be detained, tried in a court of law and sentenced to appropriate punishments if found guilty by a jury of their peers (that would be you and I not their fellow CEO's).

Miriam Webster's On Line Dictionary defines Enemy as:
Main Entry: en·e·my

2 : something harmful or deadly

 Dictionary .com defines Terrorism as:

(těr'ə-rĭz'əm)
n. The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.
And finally, Miriam Webster defines treason as:
Main Entry: trea·son
Pronunciation: \ˈtrē-zən\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English tresoun, from Anglo-French traisun, from Latin tradition-, traditio act of handing over, from tradere to hand over, betray — more at traitor
Date: 13th century
1 : the betrayal of a trust : treachery
2 : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family

Does the Goldman Sachs Injunction Apply to Goldman?
By ABIGAIL FIELD

A judge approved the settlement between Goldman Sachs and the SEC

Now that judge Barbara H. Jones has approved the settlement between Goldman Sachs (GS) and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and with additional details in hand that weren't available the first time I attempted to explain the consequences of the Goldman injunction, let's take a closer look at the injunction part of the settlement.

Thanks TBTF!

The Year America Dissolved

America’s collapse occurred when government ceased to represent the people and became the instrument of a private oligarchy. Decisions were made in behalf of short-term profits for the few at the expense of unmanageable liabilities for the many.
Overwhelmed by liabilities, the government collapsed.
