Fraud*
According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Criminals! They all tout each other's genius all the while leveraging the public's money. And Jim Cramer has been behind them pumping their stock for years - the proof is here, Cramers performance on Goldman Sachs for two years - http://www.stocktagger.com/2007/09/jim-cramer-calls-goldman-sachs-gs-best.html

This is great. Obama appoints a GS Vice Chairman Robert Hormats as a top economic advisor to State Department.

Dear Barrack, please get a clue.

There's a growing tsumani of negative public sentiment against GS as their dirty tactics are finally being exposed and picked up more and more by mainstream media.

You may have been able to get away with this shady appointment 3 months ago, but this bad deed will not go unnoticed by the public this time.

We should all right to our respective congressmen to shoot this appointment down. This is a total abomination and spit in the face to the American public.
