Fraud*
According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Is Goldman Sachs the World's Biggest Ponzi Scheme?

Goldman Faces Compensaion Inquiries - The Associated Press - Click Here

sIt depends. If you ask those that are benefiting from the payola Goldman Sachs is handing out, they will tell you no. Those people include Goldman Sachs employees, outside counsel, politicians, regulators, lobbyists and President Obama himself. This list also includes Andrew Cuomo, becuase he doesn't have a shot in hell of becoming President if he continues to piss on Goldman Sachs and the other Banksters.

Let's face it. Who is left to go after Goldman Sachs? No one. The feeble attempts at the media to expose the issues are squashed as soon as the Banksters put the pressure directly on the top executives of the media companies, and the advertisers.

So tell me this. Do you really believe the announcement yesterday that regulators are questioning Goldman Sachs on pay and derivative issues, will lead to anything? Nonsense. They have enough know to open formal investigations and file charges. Just take a look at the self dealing and scheming that has come to light with Hank Paulson, AIG, Ed Liddy, Steven Friedman and Tim the Tax Cheat.

Instead of Andrew Cuomo flapping his jaws in an attempt to balance the himself as the fence post is stuck up his butt, he needs to be a man and step up to the plate. He might think it would be the end of his political career, but at this point in time, I think it would solidify him as our next President . . . if he stands up like a man, instead of eye candy in a thong dancing around the issues. Just look at the recent settlements with BOA and the likes. What's a few million, when these Banksters have stolen billions?

But Cuomo, Frank, Dodd, Geithner and Obama will do nothing. They are nothing more than fluffy puppets of Goldman Sachs and the Banksters.
