According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Is Goldman Sachs Litton Mortgage Servicing Company Involved in Fraud?

Today I published an article in my other site - TheForeclsoureDetonatorFORUM - which quotes and refers to an article in The New York Post - saying that foreclosures in New York State - both new filings and current cases - have ground to a halt.  Reason for this, is that according to the Post, New York Chief Judge Jonathan  Lippman made this ruling for all lawyers handling foreclosures for banks,
...New York State Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman put the foreclosure lawyers on notice that any fraud in foreclosure paperwork would be met with severe penalties -- he is making lawyers sign affirmations promising they took "reasonable" steps to make sure the legal papers are true -...
As a result, says the post,
practically no new foreclosure cases have been filed,

The Post also said that Congress is holding an investigation into fraudulent foreclosure activity where Bank of America and JP Morgan will be testifying.
Why is this relevant here at Goldman Sachs666.com?  Well, because GS owns a servicing compnay - Litton Loan Services - who was at one time a wholly owned subsidiary of GS owned Litton Mortgage Company - a sub prime mortgage originator.  While Litton is not mentioned in the Post article or anywhere else at this point in time for any loan or foreclosure fraud, I  believe, that if an investigation were to be made that evidence would be found.  I must believe that Litton has plenty of foreclosures - both active and pending - in New York State and the fact that there is no current activity involving Litton Servicing foreclosures leads me to again believe that if they do have mortgage loans that they service in N.Y. that their lawyers, under the Chief Judges mandate, are afraid to pursue them.

Again, we have a case here of the Too Big To Fail as being Too Big To Go To Jail for wrong doing.  I am not accusing GS's Litton unit of wrong doing but I am calling for an investigation.

I remember reading that Goldman Sachs had about 23,000 mortgages that it was reviewing.

GS is currently under FBI investigation concerning an embezzlement scheme involving a second mortgage secretly taken out on my property where $118,800 was stolen in June of 2006. I recently found out when I did a Title Run on the Property and noticed the Recorded Assignment in December 2009. Fremont (GS services all Fremont Loans) Originated this Fraud Loan and GS later assigned to Fieldstone (an affiliate of GS). Of course the loan was deemed uncollectable, GS hired National Bankruptcy Services to write the loan as Bad Debt and collected the TARP money for the Writeoff and Insurance. I believe there may be others with equity left on their property where secret seconds were done, hoping that noone would check their title. (possibly on the elderly).
