Fraud*
According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Stories From "TheDailyBail.com"...More Exposure of Truth

So many of us have been fighting this war against injustice in our financial system and our government. The Daily Bail is one of these fighters attempting to inform the public to the many crimes and injustices that have brought all of us "average" Americans to our knees.  Yet, with all the noice on the web from bloggers like us and Daily Bail, I fear the overall reaction by our politicians (complicit in all this wrong doing), our law enforcement community starting with the U.S. Attorney General's office (present and past who are also complicit) and our judicial system - very much complicit - is I SEE NO EVIL, I HEAR NO EVIL, I SPEAK OF NO EVIL and I CERTAINLY WILL TAKE NO ACTION AGAINST ALL THIS EVIL that only you, the average American sees, feels, hears and is experiencing.

I must admit, for those many of us who have spent the past several years swinging a sword it appears not to have even caused a scratch anywhere.  The rampant criminal activity continues with no prosecutions, charges or even allegations by our leaders and lawmakers.

I believe we are being told to "suck it up" as they continue to rob us blind not only through our financial system (with the Federal Reserve leading that charge) but through our stomachs with rising food prices.  Through our mobility and ability to go to and from work with the rising gas prices and with the overall increase in almost every product, we as Americans, require to survive.

Of course, we are told we have no inflation yet food and fuel prices are not calculated into our so called national inflation figures.  We are told that unemployment is decreasing as those still unemployed but off of the unemployment roles are not counted.  In reality, unemployment is more then double what is being reported to us by our government.

It is important that we pass the word areound and continue this fight against corruption and injustice.  The Daily Bail says:
Editor's Note:  We need your help to create awareness.  Please share our stories and videos with as many people and in as many places as you possibly can.  Our only realistic chance of stopping the heist will come as a result of the effort that we all put into this endeavor.  Click here for the most important video we've ever published.  Post it all over the internet.  Making a small effort will make a difference.  Thank you!
Yes, we must continue to spread the truth.  I have always maintained and still do maintain that "Together We Can Make A Difference".

We here at GoldmanSachs666 can use more help.  Be a contributor - volunteer.  Contact me at Larry#goldmansachs666.com.

Judge Unexpectedly Imprisons Ex-Goldman Programmer
A federal judge has unexpectedly locked up the former Goldman Sachs programmer found guilty of stealing the investment bank’s computer code.

The Goldman executive, Sergey Aleynikov, had been on house arrest pending sentencing in a few weeks. But after the government warned he was a flight risk, Judge Denise L. Cote imprisoned Mr. Aleynikov, ruling that there was not “clear and convincing evidence” that he was not likely to flee the United States

He is set to be sentenced on March 18. The government is pushing for Mr. Aleynikov to serve between 8 and 10 years.

Where's The Oracle Of Omaha's Ethics?

Who is Clayton Homes? One of the largest mobile home builders in the United States, owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Warren Buffet's company.

Nice job Warren. This is what now passes in the United States as "ethical and honest business practice", and makes you someone worthy of a full morning-show appearance on CNBS yesterday?

The jury disagreed with the "ethics" of your company's actions and now a judge has confirmed it.

Funny how this judgment was released on the 28th, but there was no mention of this little ditty yesterday during your love-fest on CNBS
