Fraud*
According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Cause and Effect of Goldman Sachs and The Band of Merry Banksters: The Real Story

'16 MIllion kids live in poverty.'
in this country.
For over 4 years now, I along with many others have been fighting to correct the wrongs of the Wall Streeters who caused a world wide economic disaster and continue on as if they did no wrong and there was no harm no foul.

This Great Recession - officially began in December of 2007 - but unofficially I say it began in March of 2007 - has caused real people some very real, painful and life changing problems.  The actions of greed exercised  by the likes of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citbank, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Bros. and others have brought human disaster to Americans in a way few of them ever thought could happen to them.

The real story of the Banksters is not the illegal actions they all participated in, not the illegal acts they are still participating in and not the "look the other way" attitude our government has taken.  The real story has much more of a human core to it.  The real story is the hunger, homelessness and destruction of family units.

You hear very little on this topic.  In fact, you hear almost nothing.  Yes, you may hear about food banks not having enough food to go around, you may hear about homeless shelters that do not have enough room for the homeless but you do not hear about the homeless and hungry themselves.

Yesterday, CBS 60 minutes ran a segment on what I believe should be headline news every day of the week until those that created this human disaster own up to what they did and use their ill gotten money to begin to correct the problem.

Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor.  What we have here is a hooded robin who continuously stole from the poor to make themselves richer.

‘60 Minutes’ shines spotlight on homeless Fla. teens (Video)

(60 Minutes)
A powerful piece on “60 Minutes” on Sunday night shone a light into life as a homeless teenager in Florida. Though the show gave faces and stories to the impact the recession has had on South Florida, the Internet lit up with concern for two teens in particular, brother and sister Arielle and Austin Metzger. The siblings live in a van with their father, an unemployed carpenter.
The two spoke eloquently of their homelessness and the state of the economy — and of their enduring faith in the American Dream. In a post-show clip, the CBS News producer Nicole Young talks about how much Metzger impressed her. “I give the girl credit because most adults couldn’t handle that.”

Watch this segment from 60 Minutes then read on.

The rest of the story not seen on TV but only on the CBS/60 Minutes Web site.  If you only saw the aired segment you MUST watch the rest.

OK, now you have seen this.  How does it make you feel?

This is, I believe, the real issue that stands behind Occupy Wall Street.  In fact, after seeing this and doing more research it makes you want to destroy these Wall Street banksters.  Ruin them, take their money and homes and have them live on the streets.  A sentence they so well deserve.

While we will still continue writing on the destructiveness of Goldman Sachs and the others, I will pursue this REAL story until we get some positive and just actions.

While Florida seems to have 1/3 of all the homeless in America, the 2/3's across the country are also in need of help.

We - I - need to help.  We - I - need to become proactive.  Just writing and exposing these criminals is not enough.  It will not help the millions of hungry and homeless children in our country.

I need your help.  I would like to establish a foundation - The GoldmanSachs666.com Foundation - for the rescue of our nations homeless and hungry.

This will be a difficult effort and will take many to volunteer and bring it to a REALity.

I will need Volunteers to help organize, structure, plan and implement this plan.

I first need an attorney who can structure this charitable foundation.  Once structured we will need organizers all around the country so that  the efforts in each area goes to support and help those people in those areas.

We will need fund raisers, food, clothing and shelter raisers and so much more.

If you are interested in working with me on this project, contact me at:  volunteer@goldmansachs666.com.  Let me know what you are capable of doing or are interested in doing.  Then please provide me with your name and contact information so that I can call you to discuss this further with you.

We need to bring the daily realities of the Wall Street crimes to the attention of all Americans.  While OWS spoke of the 1% and the 99% the invisible hungry and homeless - without a percent sign - were not properly represented.  These are the people we need to represent.  If we get our destroyed middle class back in shape then the rest of our country and us will become healthier.

Final Note: To those GOP Presidential contenders who told the OWS demonstrators to go out and get jobs and stop complaining for their own lack of initiatives, I say, WATCH THE 60 MINUTES VIDEO.  Come out of your GOP big business cocoons (most of you are in the 1%) and see what the REAL people of America that you want to represent as President are all about.

The problem my friends is being hidden from us.  It is being buried by our government influenced media while our cities take more and more actions to chase the homeless away.  As here in Tampa Bay, they are considered a blight.  Their tent homes were destroyed and their is new legislation to prevent them from panhandling.

Are we ashamed of what "we" have created here in what once was the land of "opportunity" now the land of hunger and homelessness.

The Source of Cronyism Is *Not* Social Programs for the PoorYes, crony capitalism should be confronted anywhere in the
economy, yet cutting the life-support systems for the working class and
poor won't fix government, but instead would cripple the prospects of
more than 100 million poor and near-poor Americans. To control crony
capitalism, we need to direct our attention where it belongs: the
wealth-support systems of the rich, not the life-support systems of the
poor. ...

Yes, Mr. Brooks, let us find common ground. We all agree on
the need to end crony capitalism. But let us also work together not to
cripple government but to make it work for all Americans.http://economistsview.typepad.com/economistsview/2011/11/the-source-of-cronyism-is-not-social-programs-for-the-poor.html

Why Some Failed Institutions Always Foreclose; The Reason: FDIC Sponsored Fraud; Who Benefits: George Soros, John Paulson, Michael Dell

As much as $11 billion is set to go straight into the hands of the desperately needy: George Soros, John Paulson, Michael Dell, and Christopher Flowers. The regulators and the investors parasites declined to comment.

Hank Paulson’s Secret: Of Course the System Is Rigged

This is an important reminder that we don’t have a meritocracy. We
don’t have a fair or free market. Many of the people at the very top
with all the wealth are not now making incredibly more money than
regular Americans because they are super genius Galtian “job creators.”

Many of these people are making huge sums of money, because we have a
system rigged for them, by them. A well trained gorilla could become
insanely rich if it had the triple benefit of the Treasury Secretary
giving it incredibly useful insider information, the Fed giving it
effective interest free loans, and the special carried interest tax
loophole so it paid a lower tax rate than a school teacher.

If our top government officials showered regular Americans with even
one tenth of the favoritism they have shown to Wall Street, I doubt we
would have people protesting in the streets right now.

Dylan Ratigan: To Eric Holder – A Simple Way To Prosecute Bank Crimes

Eric Holder and various US Attorneys around the country aren’t
prosecuting bank foreclosures on active duty troops, even though they
know it is happening. Bank regulators know about the problem. Congress
knows about the problem. Certainly, the Pentagon knows about the
problem. Where are the prosecutions? Is there an internal policy that
certain crimes are not to be prosecuted? Isn’t that something the public
should be aware of?

As Congressman Miller put it, “The continued failure to pursue
criminal charges in the face of flagrant violations of the criminal law
is destroying Americans’ faith in their government and democracy. In a
democracy, no one is too big to prosecute.”

Currency Wars: Fed Acts To "Increase the Availability of Dollars Outside the United States"

Although the Fed will say that there is no potential loss in this to
US taxpayers, in fact there is ALWAYS a loss to be realized at some
point in the deliberate mispricing of risk. The loss will be taken by
all holders of US dollars.

This is not QE3 and does little to help the US economy per se. This
is just a big serving of a quick energy drink to ease the short term
liquidity problem in Eurodollars, and timed to dull the news impact of
the bank downgrades.

When the rush wears off, and it will because this is does little to
help the average person in the real economy, we will see how the markets
react to the ever growing piles of paper dollars covering the landscape
of a mismanaged and ruined economy.

But it was extraordinarily kind of the Fed to announce this just in
time for the banks and the hedge funds to repair some of the damage from
the stock market decline before they close their trading books on
November.

This is government of the one percent, by the one percent, and for the one percent.

Steal This Continental Breakfast: The Urban Forager's Guide, Vol. 1

Times are tough, so many people search for hotels with free continental breakfasts.

Problem is, some of the people eating aren't guests, says Hampton Inn front desk clerk Alfonso Tobenas. That's right. Folks walk into tourist hotels and pose as guests to gain access to morning chow. Who would do such a wacky thing? Lots of people it turns out.

"It is what it is bro, times are tough and they're hungry," says Tobenas.

Line Grows Long for Free Meals at U.S. Schools

The number of students receiving subsidized lunches rose to 21 million last school year from 18 million in 2006-7, a 17 percent increase, according to an analysis by The New York Times of data from the Department of Agriculture, which administers the meals program. Eleven states, including Florida, Nevada, New Jersey and Tennessee, had four-year increases of 25 percent or more, huge shifts in a vast program long characterized by incremental growth.

The Agriculture Department has not yet released data for September and October.

“These are very large increases and a direct reflection of the hardships American families are facing,” said Benjamin Senauer, a University of Minnesota economist who studies the meals program, adding that the surge had happened so quickly “that people like myself who do research are struggling to keep up with it.”
