According to the Collins English Dictionary 10th Edition fraud can be defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage".[1] In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation. Defrauding people or entities of money or valuables is a common purpose of fraud, but there have also been fraudulent "discoveries", e.g. in science, to gain prestige rather than immediate monetary gain

Keith Richards, Cockroaches, and the Firm of Goldman Sachs

NOTE: I couldn't resist this one. Just the title had me hooked. Here is are two excepts and a link to the article by Howard Rodman in The Huffington Post.

It's been said that when the dust clears from WWIII, the only things left standing will be Keith Richards, cockroaches, and the investment bank of Goldman Sachs. Having lived long enough to see the Stones, my old New York kitchen, and the events of the past week, I wish I could disagree.

(1) Goldman Sachs gives Hank Paulson seven hundred million dollars (that's seven zero zero comma zero zero zero comma zero zero zero) in salary and bonuses.

(2) Goldman Sachs lends Hank Paulson to the Treasury (now that he can afford to be a public servant).

(3) As the Secretary of the Treasury, Paulson insists that we give Goldman Sachs a lot of money, in exchange for a lot of crap. (If not, we all die.)

(4) Except it's not Hank Paulson's money, it's ours.

All this is going on within months of the start of an Obama administration.
One hand washing another.

Looks like they are all in it together, part of the same 'organisation', the same 'firm'.

I look at the webpage

And wonder 'Who was' the last Mafia controlled Senator of Illinios...class III senators [moving on to 'other' things!] especially.

Hard to believe?... no, it's easy really.

The American is up against all that.
Not an easy task.

I'll leave this blog with this Quote, something all 'Free speech' & Freedom fighers should remember:

"If you're going to KICK authority in the teeth, you might as well use two feet".

We all know: Money makes the world go round. The problems are, though, 1st: too few have too much of it, 2nd: the figures represent less and less real value, 3rd: after having lost (almost) all value, all power will be concentrated in the hands of only one or a few, just like in "communism". That's what this type of capitalism is headed for! I wonder if Goldman Sachs will then be among the leaders?
