This is priceless: with all the desperate problems America has right now, the spoiled !@#$%^&* housewives of Goldman Sachs bitch about having to wait.
GOLDMAN Sachs boss Lloyd Blankfein has warned his employees to avoid high-profile spending, as The Post reported -- but his wife evidently didn't get the memo.
Laura Blankfein and her friend Susan Friedman, wife of another Goldman honcho, Richard Friedman, caused a huge scene at Super Saturday in the Hamptons last weekend when they arrived at the event before the noon start time and balked at waiting in line with the other ticket-holders.
"Their behavior was obnoxious. They were screaming," said one witness. Blankfein said she wouldn't wait with "people who spend less money than me."

Robert,
Their behaviour was obnoxious and speaks for itself so it's a bit disappointing that the need was felt to add the grossly distorted picture thereby lowering ourselves to their level. Can it be replaced with a normal picture please?
Go read up on the "SNAFU Principle", these people are completely out of touch with reality as most of us know it and they don't even know how ignorant they are. Same goes for the people demanding their bonuses, most heads of state, and most C-level executives.

What a bunch of Bit%#es! I apologize for being rude and cussing but is there any other way to describe this behavior? The the Sachs wives... GET LOST! Spend a day at the local Target or Wal Mart instead to get a dose of reality...where a dollar or two saved can actually mean an extra meal for your kids (ie box of Mac & Cheese)
No, please keep the picture, Robert. Or might I suggest the following:
1. Use one picture to present Laura's well-groomed, diamond encrusted, shiny-happy exterior
And another picture to show, well...
2. Her obnoxious/queue barger/Goldman-demon-wife-of-Blankfiend, real self.
For the latter I suggest a picture of a demonic creature depicted by any decent medieval artist.
OK, fair enough, if that's what you want to do.
I still maintain that it makes you/us no better than them if a need is felt to resort to stupid pictures to accompany an important point.
Personal attacks, whether verbal or (in this case) by caricature, undermine any intellectual point made and suggest an insecurity in the positing of said point.
DavidC (and yes, I'm aware it says anonymous above my post)
Actually, I debated quite a while deciding whether to post that pic. My reasoning is this: these people have done a very bad thing and they don't give a hoot about 'us'. The worst thing you can do to people that are this vain is show them as they appear to the people they have hurt....monsters.
Mysteriously, the article is not there anymore. I wonder why that happenned.
I was friends with Laura many years ago. She grew up in modest circumstances, as did her husband Lloyd. She was a nice person; probably still is; probably lost it for a moment and made a bad decision. Not the end of the world; how about we cut her some slack here!
